First, I suggest that you make a public statement that the southern border has been misidentified by DC. The foreigners there, in actuality, constitute an invasion; it is not a controlled immigration action. If anyone disagrees, invite them to a tour.
Next, take your handy copy of the U.S. Constitution and review Article I, Section 10, clause 3. It reads “No State shall...enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State...or engage in War, UNLESS ACTUALLY INVADED...” [emphasis added]. An invasion is obviously justification for a war. You, as govern, obviously have a military force in the National Guard which is under your command. I assume you would announce activation of it and that any able bodied individual over the age of 18 will be welcomed to volunteer. Minimum indoctrination could consist of qualification on the firing range with any convenient firearm.
There is another point you may wish to consider. Article I, Section 8, clause 15, identifies the calling out of the militia to “repel invasions”. Your called out National Guard may be identified as an Army. We know there Federal troops in your state but there has not been a declaration of War by Congress for 80 years. Since Clause 12 limits the funding of an Army to only two years from a declaration of War, and there has been no such declaration, we must assume the current Standing Army which was considered unconstitutional until 1946, is not a Constitutional compliant entity. The Founding Fathers considered a Standing Army the plaything of a tyrant. In addition, Clause 16 stipulates that Officers are to be named by the States. The individuals on Federal military facilitates appear to not be compliant with Constitutional provisions and must be impostors. It would appear the officer impostors should be ban from all military facilities and replaced with State appointed Officers possibly from the activated National Guard.
