The Battle For Our Children - It's Time To Fight Back!

The New York State Legislature continues to push for the Minor Consent Bill which would allow children of any age, to be able to make their own decisions about medical procedures without their parent’s knowledge or consent. 

The NY State Assembly version of this Bill is A6761 and the NY Senate version is S8352.  This Bill is so outrageous that when most people are told about it they refuse to believe it! It sounds like something out of some nightmarish futuristic science fiction movie, unfortunately, it is very real and very dangerous!

The speakers in this forum share their insights about this Bill and its implications for children and their parents! Among the speakers is Mary Holland who is the CEO of Children's Health Defense (CHD). She gives a very dynamic presentation about the absurdity of this Bill and she warns that if they pass this Bill, CHD will sue!

Efforts are underway to inform the public and combat this horrific Bill among others that are pending the New York State Legislature. One of our major undertakings is an upcoming rally we are organizing in Albany, NY.  This will take place on May 7^th.  We will have various speakers and we will later meet with some of our state representatives. We fully understand that if this bill passes, the same is likely to happen in states across the country which is why we must stop it!
