Bizarre & surreal are the only words that comes to mind for this court decision. And brilliant is the word that comes to mind over reading your current Substack article on the topic. I think besides being an amazing journalist, you would have also made an outstanding Attorney.

Just like the US Justice Department’s (Federal) Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York’s failure to follow the #RuleOfLaw in #WeThePeople’s cry for an initial/first(!) criminal investigation into the #911FalseFlagAtrocity, this patently unjust appellate court decision DEMONstrates these judges’ are bought, corrupt.
This injustice reminds us of the corrupt politicians’ definition of an “honest” judge as one who, when bought, stays bought.
Sadly, #TheRotsAtTheTop.
Fortunately, fascistic rulings like this serve to raise knowledge & support for the growing nonpartisan and nonviolent #RevolutionOfAwareness for #FreeingTruthAndReconciliation which promises us a needful #NewBirthOfFreedom (ref. Bollyn.com, John 8:32, #NelsonMandela & #AbrahamLincoln, respectively).
