Migrants – Is Civil War Possible?

Showdown In Texas!

For roughly a year I have been warning about the threat of these illegal migrants flooding across America's borders. I have posted several Substacks about this. It is now the number one issue in America! Both of the two leading contenders for President: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald J. Trump have spoken out against President Biden's open borders policy. 

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has taken a stand against this migrant invasion pouring across the Texas border from Mexico. He has ordered his National Guard and other forces to install razor wire fences and other barriers to stop these illegal entries.  It has been estimated that 10 million or more of these Illegal and unvetted migrants have been allowed, by the Biden administration, to enter this country and they are now spread out in cities all over America!

Many of these are individuals who have been let out of prisons and mental institutions. They also include members of drug cartels. A significant number of them have been documented as having various communicable diseases. Some of those who have been detained,  are on the terror watch list. As if this is not bad enough, still others are far more dangerous as is revealed in my Substack video. Trump has publicly stated that there is a 100 percent chance of a major terrorist attack in America as a result of Biden’s open borders policy!

Biden sued Texas to force him to take down the razor wire which has been very effective against illegal migrants crossing into Texas.  In a narrow decision, the Supreme Court reversed a lower court decision and gave the President the right to cut down those wires. What most people do not realize is that it was a narrow decision by the Supreme Court: 5 to 4.  Furthermore, the Supreme Court did not make a ruling on the merits of the case!  Instead, they left that decision to a lower court. Their ruling is temporary until a lower court makes a decision, In addition, what they allowed the President to do is extremely limited.  Attorney Bobby Anne Cox explains in her Substack post:

·         “The decision does not say that Texas must remove the barbed wire.

·         The decision does not say that Texas cannot put up new barbed wire.

·         The decision does not say that Texas must give Biden access to any and all parts of the border upon demand.

·         The decision does not say that Texas cannot defend itself from an invasion at its border.

So, when people are saying that Texas is defying SCOTUS, they are incorrect. SCOTUS did not order Texas to do anything.”

Texas Governor Abbott has argued that according to the U.S. Constitution, the Federal Government is supposed to protect the States against invasion.  The Constitution also states that if the Federal Government fails to protect the States, then the States have the right to defend themselves from invaders. 

It is clear to everyone that the Biden Administration has done everything to open the floodgates which has let in millions of unvetted migrants with more on the way.  Abbott has declared this situation to be an “invasion” and therefore the U.S. Constitution he says, gives him the right to defend Texas by taking the necessary steps to stop the flow of illegal migrants into Texas.  On this point, Attorney Cox agrees: “Texas is 100% correct. Governor Abbott stands on firm Constitutional ground.”

Biden does have the power to take control of the Texas National Guard, but it is not clear whether he will take such a drastic step.  In any event, 25 Republican States have sided with Texas Governor Abbott.  Out of those 25 states, Governor Abbott said that 10 have already sent National Guard troops and other resources to help Texas.  He also said that he expects most, if not all of the others to also send National Guard troops to Texas. Both RFK Jr. and Trump have expressed their support for Governor Abbott.

A showdown is brewing as more and more states realize that given the mad influx of unvetted and illegal migrants, they too have become “border states.”  These migrants are draining the resources of these states that should be going to taxpaying citizens. The Biden Administration is not backing down, so now everyone is waiting to see what Biden will do.  The fact that it is an election year makes this situation even more dynamic. At this point, no one knows what is going to happen!
