Remember also how as DA in CA, she refused to enforce a 1986 consent decree against Herbalife, while the complaints against Herbalife from victims of their dubious business model were mounting and there were numerous hearings where victims spoke up, and meanwhile she protected the company, while her husband's law firm was representing Herbalife.
