FORUM: Bill A6761 Threatens Parental Rights (Full Version)

Every parent needs to be concerned about a bill pending in the New York State Legislature entitled Bill A6761. It is sponsored by Assemblywoman Karines Reyes.

The bill would allow medical procedures to be performed on infants and children without theIR parent’s knowledge or consent! This would include administering experimental vaccines and other drugs, hospitalizations, and surgeries - including sex change surgeries, again without parental knowledge or consent. This would all be automatically paid for by Medicaid.

There is also no liability protection included in the bill, if the child is injured, crippled, or killed by a drug or surgery. Parents would be totally in the dark if their child is injured by these medical procedures.

If this bill becomes law in New York State, the same will happen in states across the country. What happens in New York influences other states.

Many may have difficulty believing that something so outrageous could be real, but the panel of prominent doctors and other experts in this forum, make it clear that this is very real.
