I had the honor of interviewing world-famous attorney Leigh Dundas. She has been a courageous fighter for health freedom for many years.
In this interview, she shares some of her secrets for success in getting things done in the health freedom movement. She argues that this is possible without always going through the long expensive process of hiring a lawyer and going to court.
Attorney Dundas shares several dramatic stories in which she and her small group of freedom fighters had the odds very much against them, but using techniques such as the one she calls “Name and Shame,” she was nonetheless able to achieve victory again and again and in a very short space of time, and without the massive expense of a court trial.
Her descriptions of what happened were very inspiring! She offers hope to groups around the country who are fighting similar battles. Attorney Dundas points out that winning legal battles involving health freedom in blue states is very challenging. She points out that after years of litigation, at great expense to clients, the judges in those states typically rule against those fighting to maintain basic health freedoms. She expressed strong reservations about the objectivity of blue state judges.
She does concede that ultimate success requires both court challenges and the grassroots initiatives that she has found to be very effective. Leigh Dundas has also taken the time to put together the technique she found to be most effective and she is now offering an online course through a college that anyone can access online.
This interview with Lee Dundas is fascinating and everyone interested in these issues and how to win, will find it well worth watching and sharing!

I loved this!! Effective strategies!! By the way, this post was sent to me (and others) by Amy Harlib. When I saw the headline, I knew I wanted to watch. I am so much about WHAT WORKS!! And I'm involved with the case of Ed Wackerman, jailed with no bail since June 2023 for a crime he absolutely 100% DID NOT COMMIT, COULD NOT HAVE COMMITTED. His court-appointed lawyer has not been taken the deposition of evidence of Ed's innocence. And lots more. Just wondering: how best to SHAME AND BLAME. Then, I have written to Leigh Dundas about this case. No answer. This is one great answer. STRATEGIES. Curtis, a pleasure finding your Substack!!
I have written - and will soon post - a post on this, linking to your post. Just want to have get breakfast first.
