Unless attorneys understand the frauds of virology (and germ theory) and vaccinology, they cannot win. One must attack the presumption of the State, namely that there exists a contagious pathogen, that a person can "spread" via exhalation and or via consensual physical contact.
The State cannot show that: (1) PCR is valid; (2) proteins equal pathogens; (3) bacteria cause illness. To the contrary, all methods of virology and the "science" of pathogenic contagion has been falsified. But the legal precedent, with "typhoid Mary" in New York no less, means that so long as the plaintiffs concede that contagion is possible, they cannot win.

That said, unless we have legal victories which remove the foundation of the fraud (that is attack and dismantle germ theory), the State will always declare some pandemic / emergency.
